The autumn break is over and we’re back in business!
I’ve finished my design, sanded and polished. Here it is:
This portion took about 6 hours to make, from the cut-out design, to creating a work plan and estimated budget (!) for our jewelry piece and to finish the piece with mirror finish. The piece weighs 6.46 grams with the silver loop.
Creating the estimated budget did open my eyes, since my work time is quite a bit more than a professional jeweler’s, the price for this silver piece came out to 600.83 euros! I have to tweak my calculations a bit I think.
